1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. The present petitioner approached before the Tribunal challenging Annexure-3, which reflects that a transfer order was passed. Since the said transfer order was passed on 18.06.2011, at that point of time, the petitioner was 50 years. By efflux of time, the petitioner must have retired by now. Hence, there seems to be absence of any cause of action in the present writ petition.

4. In view of the above, the WPC (OAC) stands disposed of as infructuous.
