This is an application for correction of the cause title. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the opposite party no.4 has been wrongly described as 'SubCollector, Keonjhar' in place of 'Sub-Collector, Anandpur' and he may be permitted to correct the same.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, in the order dated 14.12.2022 wherever it is mentioned as 'Sub-Collector, Keonjhar', the same shall be read as 'Sub-Collector, Anandpur'.

The I.A. is disposed of.
