This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 8th August, 2018 passed by the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar in Mutation Case No.18937 of 2017 and further prays for a direction to consider his grievance for issuance of R.O.R. in his favour.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has a remedy under Rule 42 of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Rules, 1962 to assail the order impugned herein. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website at par with certified copy subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020,
