1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This matter has been transferred to this Court after abolition of the Orissa State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. The present petitioner challenges the office order dated 16.11.2011 issued by the Block Development Officer, Harichandanpur transferring him from Pithagola Gram Panchayat to Baxibarigaon Gram Panchayat under the said block.

4. Since the transfer order was of the year, 2011 and the cause of action seems to have been extinguished by efflux to time, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

5. The interim order dated 28.11.2011 passed by the Tribunal stands vacated.

6. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
