01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. A.K. Apat, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Party.

3. The present writ Petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice issued by the Opp. Party on 30.05.2017 under Annexure-4.

4. Since the writ Petition has been filed as against the show cause, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. However, in view of the pendency of the matter with issuance of notice on 09.08.2017, the writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the Petitioner to file his reply to the same before the Opp. Party within a period of three (3) weeks from today. It is observed that on such filing of reply, the Opp. Party shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of this reply.
