Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to declare Odisha Group-C and Group-D (Contractual Appointment) Rules, 2013 is not applicable to him and further seeks to quash Annexure-4 dated 21.02.2017, by which clarification on appointment of Revenue Inspect/Asst. Revenue Inspector/Amin/Junior Clerk recruited in the year 2013 has been made.

Since in the meantime, more than five years have passed, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
