3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he does not want to press the interim application.

3. Considering the grounds taken, the direction issued by this Court in its order dtd.24.11.2022 to deposit the amount of Rs. 4.71 Crores

// 2 // before the Registrar Civil Court, Cuttack is extended by another one week from today.

4. Considering the further submission made by Mr. Mohanty that he may be permitted to make the deposit in the account of the Registrar Civil Court, Cuttack, is observed that, if any such application is moved before the learned Court below in that regard, appropriate order will be passed by furnishing the account number, if any, so that the amount can be deposited within the time stipulated by this Court.
