This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

2. The present contempt has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 8th February, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.3027 of 2019, whereby the Tahasildar, Malkanagiri was directed to expeditiously dispose of the application to be filed, if any by the petitioners, for settlement of land in respect of Plot Nos.782 and 785 in Khata No.1007 of Mouza-Malkangiri.

3. Today is the fourth consecutive date when none has appeared for the petitioners.

4. Mr. Samantaray submits that the Tahasildar has decided the application vide order dated 10th August,

// 2 // 2022 and thereby complied with the order passed by this Court.

5. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the CONTC is accordingly disposed of.
