Since there is already a final publication in the Mouza involved herein, this Court is not inclined to entertain the claim of the Petitioner made in this Writ Petition at this stage. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to institute a proceeding U/s.15(A) of the O.S.S. Act. 2.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
