3. The Petitioner being in custody in C.T. Case No.39 of 2014, arising out of Laxmisagar P.S. Case No.234 of 2013 pending in the court of 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar has filed this petition for his release on bail. The offence alleged against the Petitioner is punishable under Sections 302/34 IPC.

Regard being had to the facts and the submissions made, especially the nature and gravity of accusation, character of evidence appearing against the Petitioner, circumstances in which the offence alleged to have been committed by the Petitioner, capital punishment provided on conviction, I am of

// 2 // the view that the Petitioner has no case for his release on bail. Therefore, the prayer for bail of the Petitioner stands rejected.
