Petitioner alleges that even though an appeal is preferred under Section 12-A of the O.S.S. Act, neither the appeal is registered nor hearing process is undertaken. There is no trace of the appeal number even in the writ petition.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.2 to find if any appeal at the instance of the petitioner is pending and in the event of pendency of any such appeal, same may be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however involving the parties likely to be affected.
