1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time the WPC(OAC) has become infructuous as the cause of action raised in the petition does not seem to be surviving and there is no interim order to that effect.. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.

3. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
