This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1924 (C) of 2017 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 1924 of 2017.

Challenging the office order bearing no. 1240 dated 10th July, 2017 issued by the Block Education Officer, Dunguripali, in the District of Sonepur transferring the petitioner from Langalkata PUPS to Jeebandar Primary School, the petitioner has come up before the Court with a grievance that the transferred place of school is 40 kms far away from the present place of posting. Vide order dated 8th May, 2018 learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal has vacated the order of stay granted on 24th July, 2017. 4.

Mr. R. C. Pattanaik, Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education submitted that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
