Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.K. Panigrahi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ petition without entering into the merits thereof by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Divisional Forest Officer, Puri (opposite party no.4) ventilating his grievance and by taking all such grounds as are available to him in law. If such a representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter by passing a reasoned order.
