1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.376(1)/506/34 IPC.
3. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the gravity of offence, the consistent overt act shown by the Petitioner to the victim having criminal antecedents of grave nature including offence U/s 307 IPC as submitted by the learned State Counsel this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
4. The ABLAPL is dismissed.
