Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves a prayer for direction to the Tahasildar, Barang- Opposite Party No.3 for concluding the demarcation exercise involving Demarcation Case No.30 of 2020. This Court observes, in the event there is no restraining order involving such proceeding vide Demarcation Case No.30 of 2020 be concluded at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving parties likely to be affected.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
