This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 11686 of 2022 (Rama Chandra Nayak v. State of Odisha and others), which was disposed of on 17.05.2022.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 17.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11686 of 2022 (Rama Chandra Nayak v. State of Odisha and others), this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. The opposite parties are directed to grant similar benefits to the petitioner as has been done in the case of Narusu Pradhan vide order dated 11th June 2009 passed in O.A. No. 1189 (C) of 2006. The petitioner is directed to appear before the opposite party no.3 along with certified copy of this order and all other relevant documents and records for the processing of his claim. The opposite party no.3 upon receipt of certified copy of this order shall calculate and pay the benefits payable to the petitioner, particularly his pensionary benefits, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
