Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

Taking into account the period of custody and since the trial has already commenced, the learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to expedite trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

It shall be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer, in the event, the matter is not disposed of within the period stipulated and the delay is not attributable to him.

The Bail Application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
