1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner-applicant was a diploma pharmacy holder and filed O.A. before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack to direct the opposite parties to accept his application for appointment to the post as advertised in Annexure-2 by the Health & Family Welfare Department in the district of Ganjam.

3. Since the matter is pertaining to 2011, the cause of action no more survives. Hence, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
