Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking correction of his date of birth in the service book as 01.01.1986 instead of 02.03.2009, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
