This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1829 (C) of 2017 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 1829 of 2017.

The petitioner has challenged the instructions vide No.37 dtd. 27th June, 2017 signed by Headmaster, Hubback High School, G. Udaygiri in the District of Kandhamal which reads as follows:

"In pursuance to the letter No.4690 dtd 24/6/2017 of DEO, Kandhmal after verifying the cadre list of teachers working in Hubback High School, it is found that Sri Girija Sankar Panda, TGT (CBZ) is senior most teacher in the school. Hence he is requested to remain present in the school on 27/06/2017 and take over the charges of Head Master, Hubback High School, G. Udygiri." 4.

At the time of hearing, Mr. N.C. Rout, advocate for the petitioner filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. The memo is taken on record.
