2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time the WPC (OAC) has become infructuous. However, liberty may be granted to petitioner to approach to this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.

3. In view of the above, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
