01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:

"In view of the facts stated above, the applicants pray that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to admit the original application, call for the record, and after hearing the parties be pleased to quash the so-called decision in respect of RACPS under the joint review meeting held on 7th & 8th January, 2015 under Annexure- and further direct the respondents to extend the benefit of RACP counting the period of service of the applicants from the year 1995 i.e.. entry date and the benefit of RACPS in terms of the Resolution dated 06.02.2013 be extended to the applicants from the date of its admissibility."

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make individual representations before the Opp. Party No. 3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.

5. It is observed that if such representations are filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful

// 2 // decision within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representations. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
