This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. Heard learned counsel for the State.

Initially the Original Application was filed for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 to pay the arrear salary and other retiral benefits as due and admissible to the Petitioner in law with interest @18% per annum. After abolition of the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, the matter came up before this Court and re-registered as WPC(OAC) No.4488 of 2011.

On verification of the record at the time of filing of the Original Application, the Petitioner was already 64 years, which means, the application was filed after retirement of the Petitioner. Now in the meantime, time has already elapsed. Accordingly, it is presumed that the Petitioner must have got the relief as prayed for in the writ petition. In the event, the Petitioner has not been paid the arrear salary and retiral dues as due and admissible to the Petitioner,
// 2 // the Authorities are directed to pay the same within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
