This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. Heard Mr.P.C.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking for a direction to Opposite Party No.1 to sanction the balance RCM claim of the Petitioner by deducting Rs.70,000/- from Rs.2,80,000/- within a stipulated period of time and further for a declaration that the keeping pending the sanction/payment of the medical reimbursement claim of the Petitioner for years together is illegal.

It is submitted by Mr.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel that the grievance of the Petitioner must have been redressed in the meantime as more than a decade time has been elapsed in the meantime. However, keeping this matter pending here any further,
// 2 // this Court thinks it proper and in the interest of justice the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the authority to clear the medical reimbursement claim of the Petitioner within a period of two months from today if the same has not already been cleared in the meantime.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
