Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will file an appropriate application for extension of time of the date of surrender in ABLAPL No.5142 of 2016. Since in the earlier anticipatory bail application, order has been passed that in case the petitioner surrenders in the Court below and moves for bail, in the event of which, he shall be released on bail, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
