Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2018 in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 31 of 2019 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Khordha for the alleged commission of offence under Section 395 of IPC read with Section 25 of Arms Act.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the co-accused persons have already been released on bail as per orders passed by this Court in BLAPL Case No. 7077 and 7074 of 2018 and BLAPL No. 340 of 2019, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail such terms and conditions as the court in

seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall appear personally before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
