This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "In the light of the above facts and circumstances Your Lordship may graciously be pleased to allow this petition directing the opp. parties to register the Union namely "Neelachal Milita Mancha" within a stipulated time period preferably within a period of three months, in the interest of justice. And pass any other order (s)/ direction (s)/ writ (s) as deem just and proper;

And for the said act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

The writ petition since involves pendency of registration of a Trade Union with competent authority, the writ petition stands disposed of however with a direction to the Additional Registrar, Trade Union-cum- Joint Labour Commissioner, Jajpur Range, Jajpur to consider the request vide Annexure-1 involving registration of a Trade Union and do the needful by completing the entire exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice
