1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any instructions from the petitioner. The matter is of the year, 2011 and by efflux of time the cause of action may not have survived till date. However, if any cause of action survives, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach this Court afresh.

3. In view of the above, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
