ORDER

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. It appears that in response to the order dated 05.07.2022 passed by this Court, learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education files compliance affidavit in Court today sworn by the opposite party No.2- Director of Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar. The said affidavit reflects that the order passed by this Court on 05.07.2022 stands complied. At paragraphs 4 and 5 of the affidavit, it has been stated as follows:

That, it is humbly submitted that the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 30.04.2021 passed in W.P(C) No. 12004 of 2021 has already been complied by OP No-01 on 16.07.2022 and the same has already been communicated to the petitioner vide BEO Sukinda Memo No.1044 dtd. 19.07.2022. xx xx xx xx.

5. That, it is humble submitted that the proposal of the petitioner submitted by the concerned DEO's vide Letter No-825 dtd. 30.01.2019 of DEO Jajpur and Letter No- 1313 dtd. 16.02.2019 of DEO Mayurbhanj which was received by this Directorate and the same has been sent to Govt. in S & ME Deptt. vide DEE(o) Letter No-6150 dtd. 02.03.2019 for consideration at Govt. in S & ME Deptt. level due to the commencement of New Transfer Policy vide Notification No. 22167/SME dtd 04.10.2018 of Govt. in S & ME Department regarding the Guidelines for Inter-District Transfer & Mutual transfer / Intra District transfer Rationalisation of Headmasters / Asst. Teachers / Asst. Teachers (Ex-cadre)/ Jr. Teachers/ Junior Teachers (Contractual) and Gana Sikhyaks of Govt. Elementary Schools in the State. xx xx xx."

4. In that view of the matter, the order of this Court stands complied.

5. Accordingly, this CONTC is dropped.
