This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 22nd November, 2022 by which the writ Petition was disposed of.

It is submitted by Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner that at Paragraph-2 of the order, the registration number of the vehicle has been inadvertently typed as OD-02AB-7100 (Truck) in place of OD-02-AV-7100 (Truck). 4.

On verification of the record, it appears that due to wrong mentioning of the registration number in the body of the writ petition, the same was reflected accordingly in the said order. However, on verification of Annexure-1, it appears that Registration No. of the vehicle is OD-02-AV-7100 (Truck). 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 22nd November, 2022 be corrected accordingly.

The I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
