For the own submission of Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner that there is different cause of action. From the submission, this Court understands the direction of this Court dated 28.09.2022 and no Contempt will lie against the competent authority. Further since the competent authority in the meantime already passed the order otherwise affecting the Petitioner, no Contempt Petition will otherwise lie. Petitioner if has any cause of action for the development taking place in the meantime may approach under appropriate remedy.
