2. Heard Mr. P.K. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. This Interim Application has been filed seeking recalling of order dtd.15.11.2022.

4. Since the order dtd.15.11.2022 has been passed basing on the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that he has received no instruction from the client and accordingly liberty was given to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition, if any cause of action subsists, this Court is not inclined to recall the order dtd.15.11.2022.

5. The I.A. is accordingly dismissed.
