Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the office order dated 15.12.2016 passed by opposite party no.1 under Annexure-5 being illegal, erroneous and contrary to the provisions of OCS (CCA) Rules and further to issue direction to opposite party no.1 to allow his provisional pension with T.I. till final outcome of CRLA No.34 of 2012 with other financial service benefits. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the authority vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the
case, disposes of the writ petition directing the authority to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
