The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Under the above circumstances if is therefore, humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to quash the order dated 28.07.2016 and 13.07.2016 under Annexure-7 and direct the opposite parties to appointment the applicant under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme and to grant all consequential service and financial benefits to the applicant forthwith in order to save the family from further distress;

And / or pass any other order / orders in the fact and circumstances of the case to give complete justice to the applicant".

It is submitted that the issue involved in the Writ Petition has been decided by this Court in its order dated 21.08.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.18981 of 2016. 5.

In view of that, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in the light of the direction issued in the aforesaid W.P.(C) No.18981 of 2016.
