This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On oral prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the cause title of the Contempt Petition in Court today.

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of the Court's order dated 25.08.2021 passed in WPC(OA) No.265 of 2016. 3.

Considering the submission made and as a last opportunity this Court deems it proper to provide as a last chance and the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party-Contemnor to comply with the direction of this Court dated 25.08.2021 passed in WPC(OA) No.265 of 2016, if the same has not been complied with in the meantime, within a period of two months from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided the operation of order/judgment has not been

// 2 // stayed by higher forum and file compliance report before the Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. It is made clear that in the event the order of the Court is not given effect to within the time stipulated hereinabove, it will be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court's order.

The CONTC is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
