This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of the C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No. 165 of 2021 filed by the opposite party-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Mr. Jyoti Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this TRP(C) with liberty to file a better application with better particulars. 3.

The TRP(C) is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn granting the aforesaid liberty.
