Considering the innocuous request for expediting hearing in R.P. Case No.708 of 2018, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event there is completion of pleading, appearance also completed directs Opposite Party No.1 to conclude such proceeding at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners, but however, involving all parties concerned.
