4. Having heard learned counsel for the Parties, this Court extend the date for filing of the representation by another two (2) weeks from today.

5. Representation as directed be filed within the aforesaid time period. O.P. No. 2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate order by giving personal hearing to the Petitioner.
