This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of Criminal Misc. Case No.66 of 2020 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-wife from the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar on the ground of threat to his life. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar, but directs that Criminal Misc.

// 2 // Case No.66 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Deogarh. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
