1. For the reasons stated, the CMAPL is allowed. The order dated 19th November, 2019 is recalled and O.J.C. No.11733 of 2001 is restored to its original file.

2. In view of the order passed in the above restoration application, no further order is required to be passed in the I.A. No.74 of 2020, which is filed for withdrawal of I.A. No.163 of 2019 filed in O.J.C. No.11733 of 2001 for its revival. Accordingly, the I.A. No.74 of 2020 is disposed of.
