This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Order dated 8th September, 2022 (Annexure-) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in CMA No. 74 of 2020 (arising out of C.P. No.54 of 2020) is under challenge in this writ petition, whereby the Opposite Party has been directed to pay monthly pendente lite maintenance of Rs.4,000/- to the Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 through the Petitioner No.1 from the date of application, i.e. 11th November, 2022 and also to pay a further sum of Rs.5,000/- towards litigation expenses. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to move appropriate application before learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
