IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
WPC(OAC) No.4485 of 2011 Benudhar Lenka ....
Petitioner Mr.M.K.Sahoo, Advocate -versusState of Odisha and others ....
Opposite Party Mr.P.C.Das, A.S.C..
CORAM:
JUSTICE A.K. MOHAPATRA Order No.
ORDER
15.02.2022 1.
1.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).
2.
None appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called. Heard Mr.P.C.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.
In the present writ application, the Petitioner has challenged the action of the Opposite Parties in not relieving the Petitioner from service to join at a different place and accordingly he prayed for a direction to relief the Petitioner immediately as per Government Order under Anexure-5. The matter is pending since 2011. In such view of the matter, this Court feels that the relief sought for in the writ application must have become infructuous in the meanwhile. 4.
Therefore, the writ application is disposed of as infructuous. RKS ( A.K. Mohapatra) Judge
