Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Even though an allegation is made against the Sub-Registrar involved on refusal of instrument extended at Annexure-6 involving sale of share of the vendor, there has been rejection of registration involving such instrument. Even though a copy of Annexure-6 has been filed, this Court finds there is no such endorsement. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits there has been oral refusal. For the opinion of this Court law never provides any oral refusal of registration of instrument.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
