The Original Application No.3081(C) of 2017 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.3081 of 2017. 2.

The Petitioner, working as Junior Stenographer on contractual basis in the Office of the Advocate General, Cuttack as against the Opposite Party Nos. 5 to 8, whose services were regularized and granted grade pay, has filed the Original Application before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal. 3.

At the time of hearing today, a Memo dated 19th October, 2022 has come to be filed by the Advocate for the Petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. The said memo is taken on record.

In view of the Memo filed, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
