Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.1 to 3 to pay the arrear salary w.e.f. 11.10.2003 to 13.09.2012 within a stipulated time. 4.

As it appears, claiming the aforesaid relief, the petitioner has approached the tribunal only in the year 2017. Since this is purely a money claim, the same cannot be entertained. 5.
