The Writ Petition involves a direction to the Tahasildar & the Revenue Officer, Ganjam for registration of the land involved recorded in favour of the late father of the Petitioner, though the Petitioner herein claims being the only legal heir. Unfortunately, there is no accompanying of legal heir certificate to the request made to the Tahasildar & Revenue Officer vide Annexure-7. Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resubmit fresh application, but however, accompanying therein the legal heir certificate.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, but however, with liberty as prayed for.
