2. Heard Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "1.Order directing the Respondents to sanction the time Bound Advancement Scale of Pay since 2005 in favour of the applicant with 18% penal interest thereof within a time frame;

2. any other order/orders as deem fit and proper;

3. Order allowing this application with costs"

4. The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 20.08.2011 under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (OAC) stands disposed of.

7. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per rules.
