This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

The limited prayer made by the counsel for the Petitioner that he seeks for a direction to the Opposite Parties to consider and dispose of his representation dated 02.12.2010 (Annexure-3), which is pending before the Collector & District Magistrate, Bargarh, O.P. No.2 within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the fact that the matter is pending consideration for such a long time and since the matter has now transferred to this Court, this Court feels that the grievance of the Petitioner needs to be redressed in a time bound manner.

Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State submits that a direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the said representation of the Petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 2.12.2010 under Annexure-3, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of

// 2 // production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the Authority shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
