Heard Mr. P.K.Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.H.M.Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate for the StateOpposite Parties. 3.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " The petitioner therefore prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition, call for the records, after hearing the parties issue writ/writs I n the nature of certiorari/mandamus or any other writ/directions directing the Superintending Engineer, Rural Works, DivisionII, Kendrapara to take decision on the petitioner's grievance regarding re-submission of the compliance report pursuant to the instruction dated 16.04.2022 issued from the Office of the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Works, Bhubaneswar". 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made representation to Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration under Annexure-5 within a stipulated

time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1, and taking into consideration under Annexure-5 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
